Coaching involves setting specific goals in your work and personal life and working with a coach to help you achieve those goals. We usually will work on certain skills to help you thrive. 1 on 1 Coaching can give you a new perspective on your life.
If you’re struggling to achieve your personal or professional goals, one to one coaching or life coaching can help you improve your life. Coaching also can help if you’re looking to change careers, feel stuck in your current job or want to feel more confident in your daily life. Our sessions together will be held in strict confidence. If you feel like there’s no one else you can talk to about whatever you might be struggling with, I can help you. Together we can achieve your full potential.
How is Coaching Different from Therapy?
In general, coaching involves looking toward the future and making and achieving specific goals. Therapy, typically involves looking to the past for answers. Given my diverse background in both disciplines, we may employ both techniques to help. But, we will mostly focus on your unique and specific goals for the future.
