Leadership or executive coaching is when I work with leaders or senior executives to help them achieve their maximum potential. If you’re an executive or leader who is having difficulty managing yourself or others, leadership coaching may be right for you. During coaching, you will learn how to improve your job performance and help the teams you lead thrive.
If you’re struggling or burnt out in your current role, consider coaching to:
- Improve your work relationships
- Make better decisions
- Be a more confident communicator
- Have better work relationships
- Achieve your goals and accomplish them faster
- Resolve work conflicts
What are the Benefits for the Company?
If you’re a leader or executive undergoing coaching, your team will stand to benefit as well. If you feel like your team could use a moral boost or work better together, during coaching you will learn how to:
- Adopt better management and leadership skills
- Retain highly skilled employees
- Help your employees feel more committed to your company
How Will I Do This?
During coaching, we will both work together to come up with specific goals for you and your business or company. Then, I will show you how to achieve your goals during coaching.
How Can I Help You?
I have helped many business executives and leaders thrive in their workplaces with my unique approach to leadership coaching. I’ve taught classes and executive education training programs in cross-cultural communication at Thunderbird School of Global Management. I’m the former Director of Training and Program Development at the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy in Washington, D.C., whose mission is to promote a systems-based approach to conflict resolution training and communication. I’ve worked internationally with individuals from a variety of ethnic, racial and religious backgrounds, and I welcome clients hailing from diverse backgrounds.
